Do you remember what life was like before the release of the first iPhone in 2007? Did you know that an estimated 5 billion people now use a mobile device. The scary aspect though is that over 60% or adult users say they are addicted to their smartphones. Even worse, 90% of college students experience ‘phantom buzz syndrome’. This is a feeling on their leg as though their phone is vibrating even though it isn’t. That is a physical addiction.
