VCAL scrapped in favour of combined Vic certificate

The Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL) is set to be scrapped under a radical rethink of the state’s end-of-school certificate.

Vic students will soon be able to mix and match vocational and academic subjects within the one certificate.
