Once a year, myself and a group of my colleagues gather in a cold gymnasium to take part in a refresher professional development course, reminding ourselves of a set of moves none of us ever want to use.

Rather than teachers being taught how to restrain students, shouldn’t they be receiving better input to help them deal with their anger issues?
