Veritas Education is working in partnership with a Secondary SEMH School in Dorking to recruit a number of committed and compassionate education professionals to join their team.

⚠️ Important: The school is in a remote location, therefore candidates will more than likely need to be drivers with access to their own vehicle.

    • Candidate Requirements

    The ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs (education, care, youth work or alternative provision)
  • A calm, resilient and patient approach
  • Strong behaviour management and relationship‑building skills
  • A clear commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

    • Teaching roles: QTS or equivalent preferred Support roles: Relevant experience essential; qualifications desirable
