Vic Budget delivers for public school parents, but cuts and delays elsewhere

Public school parents appear to be amongst the biggest winners from this year’s Victorian state budget, with cuts to education and delays to the rollout of free four-year-old Kindergarten flagged as the Allan Labor Government grapples with burgeoning debt and interest payments.
