Teacher's life-changing Holocaust experience shows its true relevance today
In a bid to bring a more human perspective to his teaching of the Holocaust, history teacher Chris Harris signed up to participate in an intensive two-week course at Yad Vashem, the world centre for Holocaust research in Jerusalem – but had no idea of the life-changing experience that was to follow.
