President Profile: Prue Rehu, Home Economics and Technology Teachers’ Association of New Zealand
Originally trained to be a home economics teacher, Prue Rehu now finds herself as the president of the Home Economics and Technology Teachers’ Association of New Zealand (HETTANZ). She has taught in a variety of different schools across the globe, sharing her passion for food and technology with the students she encounters. With her association set to celebrate its 30th birthday this year in May, Rehu sheds light on why more teachers should get involved with the association and reveals its priorities for 2015.
