PIRLS reveals impact of COVID on students and teachers

Australian students have weathered the storm of the COVID pandemic without a significant decline in literacy, but the same can’t be said for their teachers’ job satisfaction.

PIRLS is the first international, large-scale assessment to report on data collected during the COVID pandemic, IEA executive director Dr Dirk Hastedt said.
