NSW teachers to get extra half hour of release time

New South Wales secondary teachers will get an extra half hour of release time per week to plan lessons, as the state rolls out changes to the school curriculum.

“It is a little more time to do a lot more work," NSWTF president Angelo Gavrielatos said.

This will bring the total weekly release time for secondary teachers to six hours and five minutes.
