NSW Govt dumps Mark Latham's ‘Parental Rights Bill’

One Nation MLC Mark Latham’s highly controversial ‘Parental Rights Bill’ has been officially rejected by the New South Wales Government.

The Government's response to Latham's Bill noted that aspects of it were “operationally impossible”, while others were already covered by current legislation.
