Earlier this year, the number of female principals in New Zealand quietly overtook the number of males. Adeline Blair is one of those newly appointed principals; she was recently named as the first female principal to lead a state all boys’ school in Auckland when she took over the leadership at Kelston Boys High School. Adeline took a quick break from principalship to chat about her new role and the legacy she hopes to leave.
