Mixed response to CIS report on the use of Gonski 2.0 funding

Early in October a leading policy thinktank, the Centre for Independent Research (CIS), released its 'Getting the most out of Gonski 2.0: The evidence base for school investments' on the use of Gonski funding. It tapped into an ongoing debate over phonics, literacy, and behaviour management.
