Mindfulness major help with managing anxiety and depression: conference

Growing rates of anxiety and depression in Kiwi children can be managed through mindfulness, according to speakers at an education conference in Auckland.

The growing practice was the theme of the 2019 Steiner Education Aotearoa New Zealand (SEANZ) Conference held on April 13-15.
