There is no shortage of suggestions about how teachers can do their job better: increase the quality of feedback to students, engage in evidence-based practice, leverage online Professional Learning Networks, focus on differentiation and personalisation, use ICTs to increase engagement and integrate 21st Century sensibilities in lesson planning.
