Child mask wearing helps keep child care providers open: US study

A first-of-its-kind US study has found that having children wear masks leads to a significant reduction in child care centre closures due to outbreaks of COVID-19.

Thomas Murray said that child masking may be even more important now than during the study period, as Omicron cases surge.
