Leadership pipeline fears: middle leaders want out, new report finds

A report probing the state of Australia’s school workforce has found a ‘concerning’ gap between the experiences and feelings of middle leaders about their work in schools compared to their senior counterparts.

Compared to last year’s data, the proportion of teachers and middle leaders who reported high alignment with their school's values has dipped considerably.
