In the last decade the use of one-to-one learning technology in schools has dramatically escalated. This increase was significantly driven by the Australian Government funded educational reform program, The Digital Education Revolution (DER) which provided laptops to all public high school students in years 9-12 through the National Secondary School Computer Fund (NSCCF).
