This is a temporary part-time position (0.5 FTE, 25 Hours - odd weeks only) to commence from 13 July 2026 until 11 December 2026.

About the School
Located in the Western Downs region of Queensland, Condamine is a small rural community offering a relaxed country lifestyle and strong community connections. Our school caters for students from Prep to Year 6 with current enrolment numbers at 35.
Condamine is situated within driving distance of nearby regional centres including Miles and Roma, providing access to local services while enjoying the benefits of rural living and a connected school community.
About the Role
As the Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Drive a shared vision that achieves strong student outcomes.
- Provide ethical, strategic leadership across the school.
- Embed inclusive, socially just practices.
- Set and maintain high standards for students and staff.
- Build partnerships with parents, agencies, and the community.
- Lead professional growth and oversee school operations.
