About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Lead the school community in developing and committing to a shared educational vision that delivers high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Uphold ethical, values-based leadership by embedding socially just practices and maintaining high standards for student and staff performance.
- Promote a culture of lifelong learning through active participation in professional development and continuous improvement.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, community groups, government agencies, industry, and business to support student success and school growth.
- Provide strategic, future-focused leadership by understanding relevant legislation and policies, and effectively managing resources to achieve school goals.
