Veritas Education is recruiting Nursery Practitioners to work in welcoming nursery settings across the Harrogate area. We are looking for Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners, although candidates with previous experience working with children are also encouraged to apply.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Support children's learning and development through fun, engaging, and play-based activities
  • Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Encourage children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing
  • Support observations and children's learning journeys
  • Follow safeguarding and nursery policies at all times

    • We're Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (preferred)
  • Candidates with previous experience working with children are welcome to apply
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A passion for supporting children's learning and development
  • An understanding of the EYFS framework is beneficial
