Veritas Education is recruiting Nursery Practitioners to join welcoming nursery settings across the Leeds area. We are looking for both qualified Early Years Practitioners (Level 2 or Level 3) and unqualified candidates with previous experience working with children.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Support children's learning and development through fun, engaging, and play-based activities
  • Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children can thrive
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Support children's learning journeys through observations and activities
  • Encourage children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing
  • Work as part of a friendly and supportive nursery team
  • Follow safeguarding and EYFS procedures at all times

    • We're Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (preferred)
  • Unqualified candidates with previous experience working with children are encouraged to apply
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • An understanding of the EYFS framework is beneficial but not essential
  • A genuine passion for helping children learn and develop
