English Teacher - Secondary School (KS3 & KS4) Near Blackburn | Full Time | Long-Term Supply | September Start Veritas Education

Veritas Education are currently working with a welcoming and supportive secondary school near Blackburn who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join them on a full-time, long-term supply basis starting in September.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate English specialist to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students and supporting them to achieve their full potential in a well-established department.

The Role: * Deliver engaging and creative English lessons across KS3 and KS4 * Plan, prepare and assess student work in line with the national curriculum * Support students with a range of abilities to achieve progress * Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment * Work collaboratively with the English department and wider school team

Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (preferred) * Experience teaching English in a secondary school setting * Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4 * Excellent communication and classroom management skills * A positive, proactive and flexible approach
