Day-to-Day & Short-Term Secondary School Cover Opportunities

Veritas Education is currently seeking confident, reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Rossendale and surrounding areas. We have a variety of day-to-day and short-term assignments available, offering flexible work to suit your availability.

The Role:

  • Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
  • Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain on task
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively
  • Supporting students in their learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment
  • Working across a range of subjects within secondary schools

    • Requirements:

  • Experience working with secondary-aged students is desirable
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Confidence leading a classroom independently
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
  • Flexible, professional and reliable approach
