Mobile learning empowers students, says Notre Dame academic
During 2014 and 2015 associate professor Boris Handal visited over 30 educational sites and interviewed over 100 eminent teachers, principals, district superintendents and academics in the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia. He was looking for examples of best practice from leading schools in the world.
