Labor pledges to split youth and education portfolios

Anthony Albanese has committed to separating the education and youth portfolios if elected, introducing a Minister for Youth.

Albanese said Labor would aim to hold an annual youth summit where young Australians could participate in “debating and shaping government policy”.
