How do we deal with high capacity students?

Speak to anybody working in the field of gifted and talented education, such as an academic or a consultant, and they will passionately remind you of the overriding key fact that in every classroom, in every school, there are students capable of operating at very high levels.

With equal conviction, they will then emphasise the importance of schools catering for these students.
