Veritas Education is looking for caring, enthusiastic and reliable Unqualified Nursery Practitioners to work on a flexible daily supply basis across a variety of welcoming nurseries in Kingston and the surrounding South West London areas.

Whether you're looking for work five days a week or just a few days to fit around your other commitments, we have opportunities to suit your availability.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Early Years education, develop your childcare skills and make a positive impact on children's lives.

You'll be supporting children aged 0-5 years, helping to create a safe, happy and stimulating environment where little ones can learn, grow and thrive in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development

  • Previous experience in a nursery, school, childcare or similar setting is desirable, but not essential

  • A caring, patient and positive approach

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • A flexible, reliable and proactive attitude

  • A willingness to learn and develop within the Early Years sector

    • Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting children's learning and development through fun, engaging, play-based activities

  • Assisting with everyday nursery routines, including mealtimes, personal care and outdoor play

  • Encouraging children's social, emotional and communication skills

  • Helping to maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment

  • Working alongside nursery teams to support each child's individual needs

  • Promoting children's wellbeing, confidence and independence
