Job Title: Teaching Assistant (SEN/SEMH) Location: New Malden Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs, including SEMH, autism, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support
  • Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour
  • Assist the teacher in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
  • Promote a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
  • Support EHCP targets and individual learning plans
  • Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working with SEN and/or SEMH
  • Calm, patient, and resilient approach
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Passion for supporting young people
