Position Information

North Kellyville Public School serves an enrolment of over 1,000 students. The site features 40 homebase classrooms, adjoining maker spaces, group study rooms and learning nooks, outdoor amphitheatres, 4 double demountable classrooms, two full sized sports courts and a natural turf playing field. We have 4 Multi-Categorical classes, currently catering to the diverse learning needs of 30 students, that are an integral part of NKPS as a whole. The school is situated in Sydney's northwest in close proximity to the northwest metro. North Kellyville Public School is part of The Ponds network of schools. The student cohort is made up of a large percentage of students from non-English speaking backgrounds. There is a small number of Aboriginal students. Equity programs that see specialist staff members work alongside classroom teachers to meet the needs of EAL/D and Aboriginal students are key features of the school.

An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.

 

 

Special Notes

The commencement date for this position will be day 1 of the 2027 school year.

Applicants are to include details of their WWCC clearance number as part of this application.

The successful applicant will be expected to begin in the role at the beginning of the 2027 school year.
