Our school is a growing, vibrant community of learners located on the southern edges of Logan City, between the Twin Rivers, Logan and Albert.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver explicit, evidence-based support to students to develop personal and social capabilities
- Work one-on-one and in small groups with students and staff to build skills such as self-regulation, engagement, and positive behaviour
- Model effective practices in real-time classroom and playground settings
- Coach and support school staff to embed consistent, evidence-based approaches across classrooms
- Collaborate with school support staff and teachers to design and implement strategies that improve student engagement and participation
- Build strong, respectful relationships with students to increase connection to school
- Contribute to a consistent and inclusive school environment through proactive, preventative approaches.
You will demonstrate:
- A strong commitment to working directly with students to build skills, rather than coordinating services
- Experience using or applying evidence-based practices in behaviour, wellbeing, or engagement
- Ability to coach, model, and build capability in others, including teachers and support staff
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to form positive, productive relationships with young people
- Confidence working in dynamic environments and responding to student needs in the moment
- Experience working in the inclusion space or with disengaged or at-risk students
