About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal and leadership team to oversee financial management, workforce processes, compliance, administration and operational planning, ensuring the effective day-to-day functioning of the school.
The Business Manager will:
- Lead and manage the school's operational and administrative functions.
- Provide strategic advice and support to the Principal and leadership team.
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, procurement and resource allocation processes.
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures and governance requirements.
- Lead workforce management processes, including recruitment, onboarding and staffing administration.
- Support effective facilities, asset and risk management practices.
- Build positive relationships with staff, families, P&C and external providers.
- Contribute to strategic school improvement priorities through strong operational leadership.
- Lead and support administration staff to ensure high-quality service delivery across the school.
