Job Title: Secondary Teacher (KS3/KS4)
Long Term
Location: Wakefield and surrounding areas
The Role:
We are looking for a Qualified Secondary Teacher to work across all subject specialisms on a long-term basis across various Secondary schools in Wakefield and surrounding areas. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to help change the lives of children. You will need a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and be able to create an inclusive, inspiring environment that supports pupils with their learning.
You will be planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum, to meet the needs of the children.Create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages a love for learning.Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to support children.Be able to demonstrate strong behaviour management skills, ensure a productive learning environment and be able to follow schools behaviour policies.The School and Requirements:
You must hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and previous experience is desirable but not essential.
You can demonstrate strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners.Excellent communication to be able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.Have a proactive, positive and adaptable approach.Why Choose Veritas Education?
