Veritas Education is recruiting Nursery Practitioners to join a warm, caring, and welcoming nursery setting in the Morley and Pudsey area. We are looking for Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners, but we also welcome applications from unqualified candidates with previous experience working with children who are passionate about early years and eager to continue developing their skills.

This nursery prides itself on creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, happy, and inspired to learn. As part of the team, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children and families while supporting each child's learning and development through play, creativity, and exploration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children's learning and development through fun and engaging activities
  • Creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Supporting observations and children's learning journeys
  • Encouraging children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing
  • Following safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times

    • Requirements:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification preferred
  • Unqualified candidates with previous experience working with children are encouraged to apply
  • A caring, positive, and enthusiastic approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Understanding of the EYFS framework is beneficial
  • A genuine passion for helping children learn and thrive
