We're currently recruiting for Nursery Assistants to join friendly and well-established nursery settings across Leeds. Whether you're an experienced childcare professional, newly qualified, or have previous experience working with children, we'd love to hear from you.

These nurseries are known for their warm and caring environments, where children are encouraged to learn, play, and develop confidence every day. You'll be joining supportive teams who are passionate about creating positive experiences for children while making sure staff feel valued and supported in their roles.

The Role

  • Supporting children through play, learning, and daily activities
  • Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
  • Encouraging children's confidence, independence, and development
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Assisting with daily routines, mealtimes, and outdoor activities
  • Working as part of a friendly and supportive nursery team

    • What We're Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or
  • Unqualified candidates with previous childcare experience
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
  • A genuine passion for working with children
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A reliable and proactive approach
