We're currently recruiting for Qualified (Level 2 or Level 3) and Unqualified Nursery Practitioners to join a range of well-established and independent nursery settings across Harrogate and York.

These nurseries are known for their welcoming atmosphere, dedicated teams, and commitment to providing children with the very best start in life. Whether you're already qualified or have previous childcare experience and are looking to further your career in Early Years, we'd love to hear from you.

The settings offer a supportive environment where staff are encouraged to grow, share ideas, and build meaningful relationships with children and families. You'll be joining teams that genuinely care about one another and take pride in creating happy, nurturing spaces where children can learn, develop, and thrive.

The Role

  • Supporting children through play, learning, and everyday activities
  • Creating a safe, caring, and engaging environment
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Supporting children's confidence, independence, and development
  • Assisting with daily routines, indoor activities, and outdoor play
  • Working as part of a friendly and supportive nursery team

    • We're Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or
  • Previous childcare or nursery experience for unqualified applicants
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
  • A genuine passion for supporting children
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A reliable and professional approach
