About the Role

Veritas Education is currently supporting a well-established and inclusive secondary school in the Bradford area to recruit a skilled and motivated Maths Teacher for a full-time, long-term role starting in September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to join a successful Maths department and play a key role in supporting student achievement and progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
  • Plan engaging and differentiated lessons to meet a range of learner needs
  • Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring strong outcomes
  • Maintain effective classroom management and positive behaviour
  • Contribute to departmental planning and whole-school initiatives

    • The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
  • Experience teaching within a secondary setting (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome)
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management and organisational skills
  • Committed to safeguarding and improving outcomes for all pupils
