The Head of Senior School reports to the Deputy Principal and serves on the Executive Team, with responsibility for the academic, pastoral and operational leadership of Years 7–12.
The Head of Senior School provides visible, relational and Christ-centred leadership within a cohesive professional community. Leading committed educators, the role strengthens academic rigour, pastoral care, student voice and consistent Senior School operations. The appointee will build staff capability, partner authentically with families and help students become resilient, resourceful, reflective and relational.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to:
- Model and articulate a strong Christian faith, actively participating in and contributing to the spiritual life of the School, local parish and broader community.
- Model exemplary pedagogical practice aligned with the teaching and learning framework.
- Build strong, authentic partnerships with students, families, and a diverse regional community.
- Mentor and develop staff through the Plan 4 Growth model.
- Translate strategic priorities into effective, well-sequenced Senior School operations.
Offered as a full-time ongoing executive position, commencing start of Term 1, 2027 (or sooner by negotiation) and with appealing incentives to facilitate a relocation, applicants must have the right to work in Australia and hold, or be eligible for, NSW teacher accreditation and relevant child protection clearances.
