There are 2 roles available from Semester 2 2026, with the possibility of extension into 2027 and beyond.
The Head of Student Services, locally know as Head of Year at Bellbird Park State Secondary College plays a key leadership role in supporting student wellbeing and engagement.
Working closely with students, families, and staff, the Head of Year fosters a positive year-level culture grounded in respect, responsibility, and high expectations.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring student behaviour and attendance
- Providing pastoral care
- Implementing targeted support to ensure all students are empowered to succeed both personally and academically.
- Leading student engagement and wellbeing and implementing targeted support through our Visible Support (MTSS) Team to ensure all students are empowered to succeed both personally and academically.
