Who We Are:
Meridan is a Prep-Year 12 College and boasts a distinctive sub school structure which fosters the education of this broad age range of students in modern campuses, which have been purpose designed to cater for each cohort at their specific age of development.
Each phase offers a diverse and rich curriculum supported by quality teaching that gives our students a seamless progression through their 13 years of schooling.
A dense rainforest divides the site providing a separation of the sub schools. A boardwalk which transverses the rainforest links the sub schools and provides unique learning experiences for our students in a beautiful, natural environment.

- Seek to enact the college vision and values through striving to align strategies, actions and behaviours to the college Design Principles, Values and Strategic Plans
- Work in collaboration with colleagues to promote and implement strategies outlined in the AIP.
- Lead systematic approaches to monitor student achievement, attendance, behaviour and wellbeing and ensure appropriate support and intervention strategies are in place.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
- Form partnerships with students, parents, other government agencies, and community groups.
- Understand the legislation and policies that impact on schooling especially in relation to students and staff within the faculty.
- Manage the human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources of the faculty to achieve goals.
- Support behaviour development/management and condition for positive learning environments across the College
- Lead behaviour development/management and staff capabilities to build and maintain positive learning environments and relationships across the College
