The successful candidate will:
Teach Geography across Key Stages 3-5Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire a love of learningContribute to curriculum development and departmental improvementMaintain high standards of achievement, behaviour and student progressTake on the role of Form Tutor or Sixth Form TutorSupport and lead Geography enrichment and extra-curricular activitiesWork collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider life of the schoolThe Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a teacher who:
Holds QTS (or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification)Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for GeographyIs committed to raising achievement for all studentsHas high expectations of behaviour and academic successValues inclusion and student wellbeingEnjoys working as part of a collaborative teamWhat the School Offers
