Veritas Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable General Cover Teachers to support secondary schools across the Bolton area. We have a variety of opportunities available, including day‑to‑day supply, short‑term cover, and long‑term placements, offering flexibility to suit your availability and preferences.

The Role:

  • Provide general classroom cover across a range of subjects at KS3 and KS4
  • Deliver pre‑planned lessons and manage the classroom effectively
  • Maintain positive behaviour and follow school policies
  • Adapt quickly to different school environments
  • Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher

    • The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching/cover experience
  • Experience working in UK secondary schools (ECTs welcome)
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
  • Confident covering a range of subjects
