Your Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school's enrolment function, providing high-quality enrolment services and advice on enrolment policies, procedures, and related enquiries.
  • Maintain and manage student administration systems and databases, ensuring enrolment information is accurate, up to date, and available for reporting and decision-making purposes.
  • Monitor and report on student enrolment data, producing statistical reports and working with the Business Manager to support planning, business continuity, and student attendance management.
  • Coordinate enrolment processes for new students, including arranging enrolment interviews, preparing enrolment documentation, and supporting families throughout the enrolment journey.
  • Contribute to the review and continuous improvement of enrolment policies, systems, and procedures, while ensuring enrolment information published on the school website remains current and accurate.
  • Maintain student records, timetabling information, and official school documentation, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and effective administration of student information systems.
