About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Support the Principal to provide strategic leadership that develops and implements a shared vision focused on excellence in teaching, learning, wellbeing, and improved outcomes for all students, including deputising when required.
- Lead with integrity and inclusion by modelling ethical, values-based leadership, embedding socially just practices, and maintaining high expectations for student achievement and staff performance.
- Drive continuous improvement through future-focused planning, evidence-informed decision-making, and ongoing professional learning that builds the capability of individuals and teams.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with students, families, government agencies, community organisations, industry, and business to enhance learning opportunities and student success.
- Ensure effective governance and resource management by applying relevant legislation and departmental policies while managing human, financial, curriculum, and physical resources to achieve strategic school priorities.
Applicants should have a good knowledge of timetabling and secondary curriculum.
