Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early years development? We are currently recruiting Early Years Teaching Assistants for a range of exciting opportunities across Leeds, with both part-time and full-time roles available for immediate start.

The Role

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support children within nursery and reception settings.
  • Assist with learning activities that promote development and engagement.
  • Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to support children's individual needs.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction.

    • Requirements

  • Experience working with children in an Early Years setting is desirable.
  • Relevant childcare or education qualifications are advantageous.
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
