Rossendale | Full‑Time & Part‑Time Opportunities

We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Rossendale, supporting learning during teacher absences.

This is an excellent opportunity for confident, reliable individuals who enjoy working with young people and want to gain experience in education.

The Role:

  • Supervising planned lessons using pre‑set work
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Ensuring a safe, calm and productive learning environment
  • Supporting students to stay on task and engaged
  • Liaising with teaching staff and pastoral teams as needed

    • We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with young people (education, youth work, care or similar)
  • Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills
  • Calm, professional and adaptable approach
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • An interest in education and supporting learning
