About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Provide strategic leadership across school operations, exercising a high level of autonomy to deliver sustainable business service outcomes, manage competing priorities, and drive continuous improvement and best practice.
- Lead the development and implementation of operational policies, systems, and administrative practices within a complex school environment, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve challenges and improve service delivery.
- Manage and develop school support staff through workforce planning, recruitment, induction, performance management, mentoring, and change management initiatives, while fostering capability development and addressing both routine and complex human resource matters.
- Oversee financial and facilities management functions, including budgeting, compliance, reporting, resource allocation, maintenance coordination, contractor management, and strategic advice to support effective school operations and future planning.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders by providing clear advice, interpreting policies, promoting collaboration, leading professional development, and influencing innovative practices that support student outcomes and a positive school culture.
