Veritas Education is recruiting 1:1 Teaching Assistants in Primary Schools to support pupils across primary schools in Leeds.

We're looking for calm, nurturing and confident support staff who can build strong relationships with children and help them feel safe, understood and ready to learn.

What could you be supporting?

Our 1:1 roles can include children with:

  • Autism / ASC
  • ADHD
  • Speech and language needs
  • Social and emotional needs
  • Learning difficulties
  • Sensory needs
  • EHCPs and individual support plans

    • You'll work closely with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals to provide consistent support throughout the school day.

  • SEN Teaching Assistant
  • 1:1 Teaching Assistant
  • Learning Support Assistant
  • Nursery Practitioner
  • Support Worker
  • Youth Worker
  • Behaviour Support Worker
  • Children's Residential Support Worker

    • School experience is valuable, but transferable SEND, care or support experience can be just as relevant.
