West Wallsend High School is on the western side of Newcastle. It is a 7-12 coeducational high school of over 650 students. Our school values and culture underpin our daily work in ensuring our learning community strive for respect, responsibility and excellence. Students are offered a broad range of subjects in an environment of high expectations. The school has a diverse range of students with 14% identifying as Aboriginal people, 10% selective academic programs, 40 vocational education students and 3 classes dedicated to the education and support of students with disabilities.
