Wallsend South offers a variety of opportunities for students across academic, cultural and sporting areas. We have a proactive focus on values which are embedded throughout all school activities to support student citizenship and a positive, inclusive school culture. This includes a focus on authentically supporting Aboriginal and EAL/D students and families through targeted learning programs and initiatives. The school enjoys an excellent relationship with our Parent & Community group, School Council, Muloobinbah AECG and our broader parent/carer community with expectations for a collaborative approach to enhance student opportunities and achievement. We aim to recruit, develop, and retain high-quality staff who wish to work in a culture of collaborative practice and ongoing improvement.
