Resource Description

A whole-school Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) program with separate modules for each primary year level to foster emotional intelligence and encourage a kind and caring school culture. Includes lessons, practical activities and resources for the classroom, home and community to help cultivate empathy and mindfulness to foster student connections, reduce bullying, build resilience, and improve student and teacher well-being. It supports and nurtures positive values within and beyond the school environment. Students learn to understand how their feelings and emotions impact on their and other people’s lives and how good values and interpersonal skills cultivate a positive, optimistic, compassionate and safe culture at school and within the community.
